As we continue to bring you coverage of our Tap Into Indie Series from our Independent Artist Showcase with our Partners Heart Songs Corporation at Alley Taps in the iconic Printer's Alley in Nashville, Tennessee, we return to you the lovely Hannah Goebel.

As many of you may know from our previous interview, Goebel wanted to follow her dream of music and with the support from her parents and a huge leap of faith, Goebel made the bold move to Music City. Just a mere 600 miles from her family, Goebel has ventured out into the world on her own, doing what she loves and learning along the way.

After her performance at Alley Taps during CMA Fest, I met with Goebel backstage for an interview. We talked about the Country Music Festival, the Nashville Predators, her parents, songwriting, and more. I adore this artist and her journey has been one that has continued to stand out to me. Her determination to pursue a career in music while living so far from her family is admirable.

One of the questions that I had for her was about using the experience of moving away from her parents to write songs. As one can expect from any great songwriter, her answer was "yes". I asked if her mom had heard the song yet, and I was a bit surprised and happy with her answer.  I am sure that there will be some deep emotions for her when she does get to hear it for the first time.

For more on Goebel and all she has coming up, please check out her website and follow her on social media. Get to know this powerful female vocalist and share her music with your friends. As always, I have provided links for you so the only thing left to do is enjoy. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
