Tap Into Indie: Melissa Ramski CMA FEST 2017
Continuing our Tap Into Indie Series is a female vocalist that not only impressed me with her talent, she is by far one of the sweetest people I have met. Melissa Ramski has a heart of gold and a voice that can move mountains.
Watching her perform at Alley Taps during the Heart Songs Corporation and Center Stage Magazine Independent Artist Showcase at Alley Taps during CMA Fest 2017, was fantastic. The entire crowd loved her. Her voice and delivery were perfect.
After her performance, I headed backstage with Ramski for an interview. During our conversation, we spoke about her time in Nashville as an artist. We spoke about the ability to collaborate with many artists as well as knowing more people here than you first realize.
Nashville, Tennessee, has a way of bringing people together. CMA Fest is the biggest country music festival and has been the reason so many connections have been made for fans, however, Nashville itself is a melting pot in the music industry and has led to many great collaborations and bonding between artists. When you are in Nashville, you are with a family. That is exactly what Ramski and I discussed.
Though she wants to keep her fans guessing, Ramski did tell us she is working on some new material. What can we expect? We all just have to wait and see, but I do know that whatever she does next it will be great. For now, you can head over to iTunes and grab her latest single "Masquerade".
