CRS 2018 with Missy: Smith and Wesley

As we begin this week's coverage of the 2018 Country Radio Seminar (CRS), I have the pleasure of introducing you to another brother duo Scott and Todd of Smith and Wesley. Knowing part of the story behind their choice of band name, I asked them to share the story with fans. Little did I realize, it would make my eyes well up with tears. As both Todd and Scott shared their story, they were smiling as if they knew they were proudly being looked over by their father in Heaven.

As we continued our conversation, these brothers were eager to share the story of their latest single "Superman For A Day" as this song has the ability to help many sick children and their families who are at St. Judes. Both Todd and Scott are excited to be able to give back by donating 100% of the song's digital downloads to the hospital. Enabling anyone to be "Superman" for a day by purchasing the single is pretty incredible and makes the song that more meaningful.

Listening to the story on how this song came to be made me realize that there is always a greater power at work. Though often overlooked by many, these God moments have a way of making themselves known. Watch our full conversation now to learn about the series of events that took place in order for "Superman For A Day" to make its debut.

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
