Country Hits Back Round 2- Fighting Colorectal Cancer with Wade Hayes Tracy Lawrence Randy Owen

Welcome to the second annual Country Hits Back at the Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tennessee, with performances by Wade Hayes, Tracy Lawrence, and Randy Owen

As many of you already know, Country Hits Back was created Hayes who is a two time cancer survivor and international country music recording artist. Hayes was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer not once, but twice. You will often hear Hayes talk about these pivital moments in his life as he expresses his gratitude to GOD for creating the miracle of his survival, and also the appreciation he has for his doctor and the words given to him that ultimately were turned into the brilliant song "Go Live Your Life".

By creating this unique and intimate concert experience, fans are not only able to see some of their favorite performers in action, they are also contributing to the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center research team to help find a cure for colorectal cancer.

This year's event got fans to their feet as they cheered, danced, and sang. Some fans reached deep into their pockets, handing hundreds of dollars over in order to hear their requested song performed. The room was full of wonder, admiration, excitement, and approval of these astounding performances. No one wanted the night to end, resulting in a very successful show that fans could not wait to post about on social media.

We have put together some highlights of the wonderful performances that night and hope that you enjoy it as much as we all did. If you have not been able to attend the first two Country Hits Back events, then I encourage you to make plans to be at the next one. Stay tuned right here, as we will continue to update you on all upcoming information for the next event. Remember to follow these performers on social media as well. Until the next show, enjoy the video. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
