Conversations with Missy: Camille Rae

by Missy Wolf / 2854 days ago / Comments

While at this year's Country Radio Seminar (CRS), we caught up with one of our favorite female vocalists, Camille Rae.

From the first moment I met her at the 2016 CMA Fest, I knew this artist was on the path to greatness. I had never heard such power come from anyone so early in the morning. I can easily compare Rae to the likes of Reba herself.

With her fiery red hair, powerful vocals, and sweet and calming personality, this girl is going to keep turning heads in the country music world as her songs continue to climb the music row charts, Her latest single "I Need Me", is gaining momentum as we await the release of her full length album Come Find Me due out on March 17, 2017.

While her music is exciting and tells the story that many women long to tell, Rae's heart is what makes this woman so remarkable. As a part of the group, Musicians On Call, Rae has been able to deliver the precious gift of happiness to patients and families in local hospitals. As a parent of a child who has spent a lot of time in the hospital along with several friends and their children, it is artists like Rae that bring hope in addition to superb entertainment to these patients. As you will see during our discussion, Rae lit up when she talked about her work with this incredible organization.

As always, we had a great time speaking to one another and hope that you enjoy our conversation as much as we did. Do not forget to grab yourself a copy of Come Find Me on pre-order now. Get on the train early and follow this amazing artist on what promises to be a phenomenal journey. Remember to request her latest single "I Need Me" along with using the hashtag "I Need Me" on social media. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
