I once again had the opportunity to speak with the amazing artist Robby Johnson. Many of you may remember Johnson from our previous two interviews, especially our on-camera conversation during CMA Fest 2106. If not, then you need to get acquainted with him now.
With the release of his latest video “Together”, Johnson has been making fans feel a variety of emotions. I for one felt extremely overwhelmed while watching this video as I burst out in tears. The song itself is a great love song that is perfect for any wedding though the video displays the story in a way that is shockingly beautiful and unexpected.
When I asked Johnson about the song, he recalled the moment it was given to him including where he was, who he was with and what was going on in his head. I was shocked when he told me about Chris Young’s part in this song. For the full story, please listen to our entire conversation.
Having a great voice and personality along with having a fantastic acting ability make Johnson stand out. His fans are both loyal and fun. I have met several of them and it is easy to understand why they love him so much. He takes the time to respond to as many as he can, and has been known to constantly give things away. Recently he gave 50 CD’s away to his fans and even took the time to make a little girl at one of his shows feel special.
