Tap Into Indie: Shaniah Paige

Nashville, Tennessee, is the proud home to the country's largest music festival, CMA Fest. As many of you know, this event for us was bigger than ever. Center Stage Magazine teamed up with Heart Songs Records to create an Independent Artist Showcase hosted by Alley taps in the iconic Printer's Alley.

Not only were we putting on this showcase, Center Stage Magazine was also scheduled to be conducting interviews at the Music City Center a few blocks away. Thankfully we had a little help from some very talented individuals.

Our very own Amada Falk stepped in during her busy work week to speak with Shaniah Paige for us. Paige is a returning CMA Fest artist with a voice and talent that has earned her several award nominations. As a young artist in this industry, Paige has remained humble and has stayed true to who she is as an individual, artist, and radio co-host for Project Lips.

With influences like Kelsea Ballerini, Paige has been able to sing her own music mixed in with covers that fans love and sing along to. Her sweet charm and beautiful vocals captivate fans and warm their hearts. What stands out the most to us here at the magazine, however, is her genuine support for other artists. Paige was on hand during much of the event to help sell artist merchandise and lend a hand where needed in addition to watching the other artists perform. She may be young, but Paige definitely knows what it means to be a part of the music industry and we are so very proud of this young female vocalist.

For more on Paige and all she has coming up, please visit her website and follow her on social media. Feel free to send her a shout out and tell her that we sent you.

About Amanda Falk

Amanda Falk Journalist

In 2012, I stumbled into the music business after a career in public relations and event planning and quickly decided that I'd never go back. For the sake of full disclosure, I can’t sing, I couldn’t play anything on an instrument if my life depended on it, and the only songs I write are the ones I make up during traffic jams. In fact, the only musical talent I have involves a knack for remembering random pop culture facts (hence why I’m a hot commodity at trivia nights). However, when you combine that with my intense curiosity and passion for all things music, you get a gal who is proud to say she knows quite a lot about the Nashville entertainment scene. I love sharing my experiences in this city with others, and hopefully, I'll inspire people to fall in love with Nashville as quickly as I did.
