Texas is a state with an insanely huge music scene. I have spoken with many artists from Texas that are doing extremely well with their career in music. Casey Donahew is one of those artists.
During CMA Fest 2017, I finally got to meet Donahew in person. This busy guy has been promoting his new album All Night Party and celebrating the success that has come with it. Already having 13 number one hits on the Texas music charts, Donahew has no intention of stopping anytime soon.
As we spoke about his music, Donahew explained that he has been meeting with several radio stations across the country. What many fans do not realize is that it is not as easy as one might think to get a song to radio. Knowing it is not as simple as sending a song to each station, Donahew has been hard at work meeting with and developing relationships with many of the stations across the country. His dedication and perseverance are exactly why he has continued to do well in his career, not to mention the support of his amazing and loyal fans.
Donahew and I continued to talk about his music and the role that social media plays with getting that new music to fans.
