Country Artist Ty Herndon Tied the Knot on Saturday with Alex Schwartz in Magical Tennessee Wedding
As most of you know, Ty Herndon is one of my all-time favorite country artists. This remarkable singer/songwriter has used his name, his talent, and his life experiences to help others in need.
With CMA Fest fast approaching in Nashville, Tennessee, fans have begun finalizing their plans. If you are one of the lucky people that are able to take part in the countries biggest country music festival, be sure that you do not miss out on the opportunity to visit the iconic Wildhorse Saloon and take part in the Concert for Love and Acceptance hosted by Herndon himself along with CMT's Cody Alan. The list of featured artists at this spectacular event include Mickey Guyton, Lorrie Morgan, Billy Gilman, Kree Harrison, Thompson Square, Michael Ray, Runaway June, Ryan Kinder, Street Corner Symphony, Trent Harmon and more.
During our conversation, Herndon and I spoke about this event in depth. Committed to helping others, Herndon has been able to talk several at-risk LGBT youths off of the ledge. His genuine compassion for these youngsters has been essential towards their progress in life and with this cause. Knowing that the world can be a cruel place for those that do not feel loved or accepted, events like this lead to positive change for everyone involved. Everyone needs to feel loved and accepted.
In addition to this wonderful upcoming event, Herndon and I spoke about his latest album release House On Fire. The first single off this album, "Fighter", is a song that we discussed at length. This song could be anyone's life theme song. The beauty of its lyrics is that most everyone can relate to them. We all have battles, and often we are underestimated or we underestimate ourselves. This song is encouraging and reminds us that we are strong, and most importantly, not alone.
As you will see during our fun yet serious conversation, Herndon is on a mission to help at-risk youth and has invested 100% of himself into supporting others in need. Music is healing. Music is therapeutic. Music is there when words fail. Music is universal. Music is the one thing that unites us all. Join Herndon and his amazing friends at the Wildhorse Saloon On Thursday, June 8th, 2017. You will not want to miss being a part of something so positive and full of light in a world that has been very dark at late. Look for Center Stage Magazine on the red carpet bringing you even more on this incredible concert. ~Missy
