Conversations with Missy: Farewell Angelina

by Missy Wolf / 3166 days ago / Comments

In a previous conversation with Nicole Witt, we discussed the band she is in called, Farewell Angelina. We got to know Witt very well though we wanted to know more about the rest of the band members. Center Stage Magazine was invited to cover their recent show in Nashville at the Wild Horse Saloon as part of The New Nashville series of concerts. Without hesitation, we jumped at the opportunity to catch all four of the diverse yet equally talented women.

Let me introduce you to the rest of this amazing band. Besides Witt is Andrea Young, Elizabeth Elkins, and Lisa Torres. As you will see during our on-camera conversation, these ladies are fun, smart and possess an exceptional amount of talent. These women come from different backgrounds though they fit together perfectly as if they were intentionally made for each other.

Each of these women plays a critical role in the band. They work just as hard on stage as they do off. The music industry is not for the faint of heart as each of them can tell you. While experiencing different successes individually, each of them has been able to bring the knowledge they have gained from those experience to their fellow band mates increasing their level of success. Recently signed to a record deal and getting radio play with their newest single, "Hillbilly 401K", it will not be long before these remarkably talented ladies are selling out arena shows.

My words will not describe completely, the level of talent within this band of kick-ass female musicians. Watch our conversation now and take a look at some of the highlights from their show. These feisty females have hearts of gold, with sassy edge and humor blended in flawlessly. As always, check them out online, follow their social media pages and send them a quick message. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
