Tap Into Indie: Ali Morgan
Continuing our Tap Into Indie Series is the young and talented Ali Morgan. Recently signed with Silverado Records, this talented female vocalist has a very bright future here in Nashville. Her single "Firefly Curfew" was recently released on iTunes and can also be found on the Silverado record's compilation album Summer On Repeat. Her latest release "Crazy" is available now as well.
Morgan knows how to entertain a crowd with her vocals. While performing at the Heart Songs Corporation and Center Stage Magazine Independent Artist Showcase at Alley Taps, Morgan captivated her audience and had them clapping and cheering for more.
During our conversation backstage, Morgan shared with me her excitement for CMA Fest. Not only was she excited to be a part of the biggest Country Music Festival, Morgan also shared with me that she is a brand new resident of Nashville having moved there the same week. I honestly have no clue how you manage to relocate and prepare for a huge festival at the same time. She did it and she was beaming with delight.
When talking about CMA Fest with Morgan, we spoke about what it was like meeting her fans. She immediately smiled. I could tell how much this entire experience has meant to Morgan as she was still taking it all in. Still a fan herself, I had to ask Morgan if she had given any thought to what it will be like for her years down the road when she is on the side that artists such as Miranda Lambert are on now. Her expression said it all. This talented artist is definitely on a promising and brand new journey. She is in great hands with her team, so I have a feeling you will be seeing a lot more of her very soon.
Be sure to follow Morgan on social media and grab a copy of her latest single "Crazy". We know she will have an EP out soon, so stay tuned to her website for all the latest news and show information. Do not forget to send her a message welcoming her to Nashville and feel free to tell her I sent you. ~Missy
