CRS 2018 with Laura: Jagertown

During last year's CRS (Country Radio Seminar), I was fortunate enough to meet and be part of an interview with Jagertown.  As much fun as last year's interview was, I have to say, interviewing this amazing group at this year's CRS was like catching up with old friends.

We had a lot to talk about, including, of course, Jessie's hair, LithoLyric, the weather, and their new album which includes the brand new single, "Rearview", that just released on February 12, 2018.  As we continued our conversation at CRS, Jagertown discussed their new album and the unique celebration planned for each single as it is released the way they want to share it with you.

I must say how proud I am of Jagertown and how they continue to stay engaged with their slew of fans. From creating new ideas that include instant grat pre-sales of the new single that reached the Top 10 on iTunes, to Country Fest, and creating a unique experience with the “Jagertown” camping area, these fan-centered events are created like those the legends in the business used to do. Country fans yearn for events like these today.

Make sure you check out our full interview now for all the fun we had and be sure to get your copy of "Rearview", available now.  Do not forget to follow Jagertown on all social media platforms and head over to their website for the latest news and show dates scheduled near you.

About Laura Lou

Laura Lou Journalist

Beginning about age 13, music always been my “safe place”, my “escape”, it became a part of who I am. My background includes being a photographer/journalist for newspapers, magazines and radio stations and more recently I have been an artist manager. What I continue to strive to learn is, what is important to the fans/readers? I find that the answer is always that they want to feel close to the artist they are supporting. The human contact that we all need is something that I want to deliver to anyone that happens to read something I write or see a photograph I shoot. It is important to me to provide that experience, because I am, after all, still always a “fan” and that giddy 13-year-old girl is simply amazed! I never imagined that my passion and love for music would lead me where I am today! I use the hashtag #iamtheluckiestgirliknow because I cannot believe how blessed I am! I’m excited to see “what happens next” and take you all along with me! This is going to be amazing…
