Watching this next artist on stage at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville, Tennessee, I knew I was going to have a blast during our interview after his performance. Mark MacKay is not only a superb performer, he is an all around great guy.
Artists like MacKay know how to have a good time and make their fans smile. Putting positive energy and fun into each performance has garnered him a fan base that continues to grow with every show. Loving what he does and spending a lot of time on the road to share his music with fans has definitely paid off and is something worth smiling for.
MacKay has earned many accomplishments in his career thus far, and with his latest album release Trials and Tribulations, it is easy to see why he will go far in this industry. He works hard and it shows. The fans love him, and so do the mega stars he has had the opportunity to open for. MacKay shared a special moment he had with one of the best guitar players of all time, Richie Sambora. Formerly of Bon Jovi, Sambora watched Mackay's performance and let him know what he thought after he was finished. The look on MacKay's face as he shared this story was heartwarming.
