Welcome to Center Stage Magazine. These terms apply when you use CenterStageMag.com, submit anything to us, or interact with our accounts on social media. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

You’re welcome to read, watch, listen and share. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated copying of large amounts of content, no spam, and nothing unlawful.

Our content

Articles, photos, videos, graphics and the Center Stage Magazine name and logo belong to Center Stage Magazine or to the writers, photographers and artists who created them. You may share links and short quotes with credit to Center Stage Magazine and a link back to the story. Please ask us before republishing anything in full.

What you send us

When you send us music, photos, press materials or other information (for example through Submit your music or our contact forms), you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it. You give us permission, free of charge, to publish, feature and promote it on CenterStageMag.com, in our playlists, and on our social media accounts, with credit to you. You still own your work. Sending us something doesn’t guarantee coverage, a review or a playlist placement, and we may decline or remove any submission.

Social media

We share our stories on our own Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, and we may tag the artists and organizations featured in them. We only post to accounts that Center Stage Magazine owns or manages. Your use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms.

Other websites and embedded content

Our pages link to and include content from other services, such as YouTube, Spotify and Bandsintown, as well as advertisements. We aren’t responsible for those services or their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Advertising and sponsored content

Some content is paid for or sponsored, and we label it as such. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for their own ads and claims.

No guarantees

We work hard to get things right, but the site is provided “as is.” Details such as tour dates, release dates and event information can change, so please check with the artist or venue before making plans.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Center Stage Magazine is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
