Conversation with Missy: The Swon Brothers at CMA Fest 2017

Whenever I get the chance to speak with "My Boys", I take it. The Swon Brothers, Zach and Colton Swon, are two of my very favorite people on Earth. Their personalities are real, genuine, fun, caring, and honest. These two brothers not only treat their fans like friends, they treat them like family.

It is easy to see why The Swon Brothers have some of the best fans around. Every time I hear people talk about The Swon Brothers, I hear laughter and see smiles light up their faces. In fact, I have seen some of their die-hard fans travel miles and miles just to be witness to the fun brotherly exchange that takes place on stage during a performance.

Not only do these guys have amazing personalities, their harmonies together are outstanding. Each of their songs is executed in my opinion flawlessly. Their latest hit "Don't Call Me" immediately had fans ready for more. Since their EP release on March 17, 2017, "Don't Call Me" has had over 1 million streams on Spotify and they are not stopping there.

While chatting with the boys at CMA Fest, we talked about their busy schedules, playing John Rich's Redneck Riviera, fans, music, and the Celebrity Softball Game. Now, I am not going to give it away, but I think I may have put one of the boy's confidence back in place after sharing my story of being banned from the sport while in school. Be sure to watch our full conversation now for all the details. I am pretty sure you will laugh right along with us.

Remember to grab a copy of their latest EP Pretty Cool Scars if you do not already have it and any others you may not have. Follow  Zach and Colton on social media and prepare yourself for the best tweets and posts ever. I know you will find yourself loving them as much as I do. The world just needs more of The Swon Brothers. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
