Tap Into Indie: Laura Walsh

by Missy Wolf / 2742 days ago / Comments

Continuing our Tap Into Indie Series is the extremely talented, singer/songwriter Laura Walsh. Not only can this girl sing and write powerful lyrics, she possesses a captivating personality and determination to help others.

Through her writing, such as the song "Flower", Walsh has been able to raise awareness on the horrific crime of human trafficking. These qualities are just a part of what makes Walsh a special artist. Her talent is amazing, though it is her heart that is incredible. Wanting to do something positive for others and being inspired by her Christianity, Walsh is on her way to changing the world one lyric at a time.

We here at Center Stage Magazine and Heart Songs Corporation are so honored that Walsh took part in our special Independent Artist Showcase and helped raise money for the American Cancer Society. For more information on Walsh, please watch our full conversation above. You can also learn more about her by checking out her website and following her on social media. For now, here is part of her bio taken directly from her website. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
