Morgan Wallen's album I'm the Problem is No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart dated Nov. 7 for a 51st nonconsecutive week, according to Billboard. The week raises Wallen's career total to 237 weeks at No. 1. Billboard reported that this extends his lead over all other artists in total weeks at No. 1 during the chart's 62-year history.
Billboard noted that Wallen first topped the chart on Aug. 15, 2020, a little more than six years ago.
I'm the Problem is Wallen's fourth studio album. As RTT News reported, it came out May 16, 2025, on the Big Loud, Republic and Mercury labels and contains 37 tracks. Billboard reported that the album debuted at No. 1 on Top Country Albums (chart dated May 31, 2025) and on the all-genre Billboard 200. It earned 493,000 equivalent album units in its first week in the United States, according to Luminate.
Billboard said 21 artists have spent at least 50 weeks atop Top Country Albums. The chart launched in Billboard's Jan. 11, 1964, issue under the name Hot Country Albums, and Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire (The Best of Johnny Cash) was its first No. 1.
The run has not been unbroken. Forbes reported in January that with With Heaven on Top, Zach Bryan became the first artist to move I'm the Problem out of the top spot on the chart since its debut. Wallen's album has returned to No. 1 since then, as the Nov. 7 chart shows.
