Get To Know Rising Country Star Kirbi at CRS 2024

by Missy Wolf / 24 days ago / Comments

While covering this year's Country Radio Seminar (CRS), I was able to sit with rising country pop artist Kirbi. Her personality and vocal abilities are sure to continue to draw crowds at each appearance and I have no doubt she will do exceptionally well with her music career. She is one artist you need to keep your eyes on.

Be sure to keep up with Kirbi's show dates and follow her on social media. She is slated to open for Season 17 American Idol Winner Laine Hardy in May and these are shows you do not want to miss. ~Missy

About Kirbi:

An emerging star, Kirbi is set to burst onto the scene and into the speakers across the country. Recently compared to elite vocalists Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Whitney Houston, and Demi Lovato, Kirbi credits her sixth-grade Show Choir Director, who heard her natural talent at an early age and guided her and her parents to pursue a future on stage. Growing up in Florence, Alabama, across the river from Muscle Shoals, she emulated the sound of Muscle Shoals icons Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Percy Sledge, and many others. An introspective person by nature, Kirbi took it upon herself to seek out opportunities for additional individual lessons to gain multiple perspectives on how to improve her range, tone, and vocal strength throughout high school. Dedicated to a well-rounded life, she remained focused on her education and attended Troy University where she has continued to be a part of multiple performance ensembles while studying Kinesiology. Recently, her talent was discovered in Nashville and she signed with Ablaze Entertainment Inc. to develop her brand. Since her signing, she has been featured in numerous magazines, podcasts, and radio interviews in support of her upcoming career.

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
