Conversations with Missy: Honey County CMA Fest 2017
While at this year's CMA Fest in Nashville, Tennessee, I tried my best to find time to explore Fan Fair X in order to watch some of our artists perform, check out the interesting vendor booths, and of course make time to enjoy some freshly made, smooth and creamy ice cream.
As I wandered through Fan Fair X with my waffle cone in hand, I spotted Dani Rose, Devon Jane, and Katie Stump of Honey County shopping for shoes. Looking amazing as usual, the trio was making good use of their time while in between interviews and performances. Realizing they were my next interview, I knew I had time to finish enjoying my frozen treat while they too journeyed through Fan Fair X.
When the girls arrived for our on-camera conversation, I knew we would have a lot to talk about as it had been roughly a year since our last interview. During our conversation, I realized how big of a year it really was for the trio. Honey County excitedly shared that two of their songs were placed on national television with the help of Andrea Von Foerster who is a Music Supervisor and dear friend to Rose. Their new single Under Your Influence featuring Spencer Crandall was featured on the Season 2 Finale of Yellowstone starring Kevin Costner while their single Love Someone made its television debut on the hit series Nashville.
To say that I am excited and proud of the girls is an understatement. Join Center Stage Magazine as we continue to follow their amazing journey. Please follow Honey County on social media, give their pages a "like" and "share", and as always, be sure to grab their music and add it to your playlist.
