Catching up with Lewis Brice is something I always look forward to. As a good friend to Center Stage Magazine, Brice put us on the VIP guest list for his 8th Annual Lewis Palooza, or "LP 8 The Ocho" as he likes to call it. Together with many other artists, friends, and yes even his brother Lee Brice, Lewispalooza 8 was a huge success for all.

As I sat with Lewis inside the venue at Tin Roof, he explained how this wonderful event began, and why. Lewis further explained that he has been able to partner with Hope Song Foundation to bring many people hope and support who are fighting cancer. This purpose-driven music event is definitely one that fans and artists look forward to attending year after year.

Being that this was my first time attending this event personally, I asked Lewis what fans could expect. Without hesitation, Lewis explained that guests would be in for a really good time mixed with surprises,  great music, good food, and lots of happy spirits. I can definitely say that he was 100% on the mark with his description.

Lewis Palooza not only had plenty of amazing food and drinks, the talent was beyond spectacular. Julia Cole, Jerrod Niemann, and Lee Brice are just a few of the artists that graced the stage with their tremendous vocals. Fans were no doubt elated by everyone who performed. The night was definitely filled with laughter, fun, anticipation, appreciation, and a whole lotta fun. If you did not get to go this year, You will not want to miss out next year.

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
