During this year's Country Radio Seminar, Center Stage Magazine was excited to meet some new faces. While we love reconnecting with artists that we have built a relationship with, it is also thrilling when we get to sit and talk with someone we have never met.
The first thing we noticed about Abby Anderson when she came to our booth was that she has a brilliantly white smile that lights up the room. Happiness seemed to radiate from within her making everyone around her smile a little more. She was simply refreshing to be around during what is usually a very busy and rushed 3-day event of nonstop activities and interviews.
As Anderson and I sat for our on-camera conversation, it was easy to see that she was excited about her music. Having just released her single "I'll Still Love You" in time for Valentine's Day, Anderson was still on cloud 9, however, the excitement she shared for taking her music on tour overseas was through the roof.
I had to laugh when I asked her if there was something she was really looking forward to the most about traveling to places she has never been. Her reply captured my heart and I immediately felt like this girl was one of my best friends. We both laughed when I then quickly offered to go on the road with her as a merch girl, but it was her response that made everyone watching us laugh as well.
