NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 1, 2017) – Webster Public Relations announces the signing of Rock band Lifehouse to its’ roster for publicity representation. “In their almost two decades together, Lifehouse has set the bar high with a successful catalog of music that has kept fans entertained for years,” said Kirt Webster. “I’m excited for what lies ahead in the future and to be a part of the Lifehouse story.”

The band is comprised of Jason Wade (lead vocals, guitar), Bryce Soderberg (bass, vocals) and Rick Woolstenhulme, Jr. (drums, percussion). Wade formed the group as Blyss in the late 90s in Los Angeles, releasing a 1999 EP entitled Diff’s Lucky Day. The next year, the band changed their moniker to Lifehouse, releasing the debut full-length album No Name Face. Thanks to the instantaneous success of the lead single “Hanging By A Moment” was the Billboard number one song of the year on the Hot 100 chart in 2001, also becoming a worldwide hit in places such as Brazil and New Zealand. No Name Face was certified Double Platinum in the United States, and featured the follow-up hit “Breathing.”

In 2002, the band released their follow-up, Stanley Climbfall, which featured the hits “Spin” and “Take Me Away.” In 2005, Lifehouse achieved another massive worldwide hit single with “You And Me,” which was certified Gold, as was their self-titled album from which the single was pulled. Later hit singles for the band include “First Time,” “Whatever It Takes,” and “Halfway Gone.” Their music has also been featured on the soundtrack albums for Bratz, Wicker Park, and The Live. Lifehouse’s most recent album project was 2015’s Out Of The Wasteland.

Always a crowd favorite, the band will be embarking on a multi-city “Looking For Summer” tour with fellow rockers Switchfoot. For an updated schedule and all things Lifehouse, visit www.LifehouseMusic.com

About Laura Lou

Laura Lou Journalist

Beginning about age 13, music always been my “safe place”, my “escape”, it became a part of who I am. My background includes being a photographer/journalist for newspapers, magazines and radio stations and more recently I have been an artist manager. What I continue to strive to learn is, what is important to the fans/readers? I find that the answer is always that they want to feel close to the artist they are supporting. The human contact that we all need is something that I want to deliver to anyone that happens to read something I write or see a photograph I shoot. It is important to me to provide that experience, because I am, after all, still always a “fan” and that giddy 13-year-old girl is simply amazed! I never imagined that my passion and love for music would lead me where I am today! I use the hashtag #iamtheluckiestgirliknow because I cannot believe how blessed I am! I’m excited to see “what happens next” and take you all along with me! This is going to be amazing…
