Wizard World Comic Con with Thomas Ian Nicholas

While attending this year's Wizard World Comic Con in Nashville, Tennessee, I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of celebrity guest Thomas Ian Nicholas. Not only was I unaware of his participation at this well-known event, I did not expect that I would soon be watching him perform music on the entertainment stage.

Many of you may remember Nicholas from his early film career playing "Henry Rowengartner" in Rookie Of The Year, however, it was his role as "Kevin Myers" in the American Pie movie series that was his most memorable. Lucky for fans, Nicholas will soon be appearing in two films The Lost Tree, and Living Among Us with the late John Heard, due out on October 31, 2017. What better time than Halloween to release two horror films.

In addition to working hard behind the scenes on movies, gracing us with his presence on the silver screen, and partnering with Lani Sarem on the book Handbook For Mortals, Nicholas also fronts the Thomas Nicholas Band. Singing originals and fun covers, Nicholas has been entertaining fans everywhere with his stellar band and vocal abilities. It was at Wizard World Comic Con that I was blessed with the opportunity to watch Nicholas perform "Stiffler's Mom" shortly after interviewing him at his booth.

This experience was beyond fantastic. With Kato Kaelin as the Host and MC of the entertainment stage, we were sure to be in for a great time including some jokes and laughter. Much to my surprise, Center Stage Magazine Co-Founder Tommy Lemon was invited to participate in some trivia before Nicholas' performance. Immediately discovering that Kaelin is quite the jokester, Nicholas wasted no time joining in on the fun creating cheering and laughter from the fans.

If you have not yet followed Nicholas on social media, please do so now. He runs it all himself, so send him a shout-out as well.  Be sure to grab his music and share it with your friends. Check out his website and stay tuned for show dates near you. ~Missy

About Missy Wolf

Missy Wolf Co-Founder, Editor, Journalist & Vice President of the American Country Music Association

From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
