ABOUT JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY:
Born into a family of musicians in Central Kentucky, John Michael shot to stardom with his 1992 double-platinum hit album Life’s A Dance. The romantic balladeer has won over the hearts of millions with his chart-topping songs “I Swear,” “Be My Baby Tonight," "Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)," "I Love The Way You Love Me," “If You’ve Got Love,” and the moving tribute to veterans and the members of the armed forces, "Letters From Home." More than a “tug at the heart stings” hit-maker, through his down-to-earth demeanor and refusal to take himself too seriously, John Michael has created a fan base that has supported him throughout it all — from career highs to trials and tribulations. Over the years, Montgomery has managed to create a storied career, charting 18 Top 10 hits and 15 No. 1s, celebrating two Billboard "Country Songs Of The Year," and achieving over 18 million albums sold. Along the way he has won four ACM awards, two CMA awards, one AMA award and garnered three GRAMMY Award nominations, placing him among the most successful country acts in history. About Tommy Roe:
Tommy Roe, one of the most influential and foundational figures in popular music and the “Father of Bubblegum Pop,” has had four Gold Records: “Sheila,” “Dizzy,” “Sweet Pea” and “Jam Up and Jelly Tight.” He has also had 4 Billboard top 100 Albums. He is a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame, The Iowa Rock and Roll Association Hall of Fame, as well as the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. In his book “From Cabbagetown to Tinseltown,” Roe correlates his journey to Hollywood with the historical events of that time period that were changing and shaping America and, in turn, the music industry. In the spring of 1966 with his release of the smash hit, “Sweet Pea,” spring breakers started to hit the beaches in Florida, and they embraced the new sound that Tommy had created called Bubblegum. However, the media was not as receptive as his fans were to the new genre Roe had created. They began voicing their opinion by malevolently labeling him “The King of Bubblegum.” More recently, Roe scored big with his hits, “Devil’s Soul Pile” and “Memphis Me.” His new music parts ways with his expected style instead showcasing his talent as both a singer and a songwriter. Roe hasn’t let the success of his career stop him from doing what he loves. He continues to write new songs and perform around the globe. About Mark Wills:
Mark Wills' list of accolades is his testament to his career in country music. Known for his smooth tenor voice, he makes each and every song he performs come alive. Wills is a multi-platinum selling country music star with eight top 10 hits to his name including "19 Somethin’,” “Wish You Were Here” and "Don't Laugh at Me," -- which received nominations for Single, Song and Video of the Year by the Country Music Association, for it’s heartfelt message of tolerance and charity. In 1998, he won the Academy of Country Music's award for Top New Male Vocalist. In 2002, his single "19 Somethin’" spent six consecutive weeks at No. 1, was Billboard's top country hit of the year and was the second most-played song of the decade in 2009. Other top 10 smashes include "Places I've Never Been," "I Do (Cherish You)," "She's In Love," and "Back At One." Since 2007, Wills has been a spokesperson for the Children's Miracle Network. When not in the studio or performing on stage, he enjoys spending his time hunting in the great outdoors. He currently resides in Atlanta, Ga. with his two daughters and wife, Kelly. From an early age I knew music and entertainment were in my blood. I have always been enamored with the idea of being in this industry, though I never wanted to be a front and center "Star". Taking the audience behind the scenes for up close conversations with the artists they love is where I want to be. Life in lyrics has always been my style, so as my favorite country artist Wade Hayes sings, I am living my life and chasing my dreams! Conducting interviews, meeting talented people and sharing stories and adventure are my passion. My new favorite hashtag is #iaskyouanswer, so stay tuned for more interviews, articles and adventures!
