Conversations with Missy: Denny Strickland

Sometimes in life, we meet people for a variety of reasons. For me, meeting Denny Strickland was thrilling. Getting to know a country artist with ambition and drive left me feeling inspired. His tenacity is exactly why he will continue to be successful in the music industry.

Strickland has an interesting backstory.  His passion for horses is what led to his phenomenal start as a Country Artist. Strickland met Marshall Grant (long-time band member for Johnny Cash) through his experience as American Quarter Horse Champion. Watch our full conversation as he recalls how that memorable event took place. 

Due to Strickland's perseverance, he has earned many credits. These credits include two hit singles in 2015 the release of five music videos (including three Classic Country covers called “The Dive Sessions”), and the opportunity to open for Kentucky Headhunters and 3 Doors Down.
